Great location, needs some attention
Positive: The location is ideal for visiting Roma Norte and Condesa. The check-in went smoothly. The smart TV's are huge.
Negative: The instructions for getting hot water were vague, so we had to have a maintenance person come out. However, the pressure in some faucets was so weak, it didn't trigger the on-demand water heater to kick in. A bedside lamp had a European plug and there were no adapters, so it wasn't useable. The sliding door between the bedroom and the area where there is a murphy bed is broken and can't be closed - so there is no way to have privacy between those spaces. The last night of our stay, we were rudely woken at 4:30 am when a massive mirror fell off the wall in the adjacent bathroom. When I informed the host, I got no response.
